
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH TO PILATES:
I found Pilates through my training in dance which deeply impacts how I approach the Pilates method. I received my Comprehensive Mat certification from the Kane School in 2025 and my Equipment Training from The Movement Study in 2026.
I love working with clients within the structure of Pilates to increase embodied awareness, build strength, and overall improve health and quality of life. I use the Pilates method as a toolkit to adapt to each client's needs and goals, and integrate other somatic, breath, and embodiment practices to bolster this experience. From beginners to advanced athletes, we will collaboratively work together to create a movement experience that aims to feel good. My goal is that you leave our session together feeling stronger, longer, and happier!
