Most of my life has been spent in the flatlands of the Midwest, the land of the Kickapoo, Peoria, and Kaskaskia people before me, now called as Central-Southern Illinois. My family and small farm-town taught me the importance of being kind, hard-working, and honest, while my Aries inclinations made me an enthusiastic do-er and challenger of all things from a young age-- nothing has changed.

I received my BFA in Dance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in peak-pandemic 2020, and promptly relocated to Munsee Lenape Land in Brooklyn, NY. I work as a freelance dancer, designer, and teacher for organizations such as Bates Dance Festival, Notes in Motion Outreach Dance Theatre, freeskewl, and Artichoke Dance Company. I’ve been fortunate to work and perform with/for artists such as Abby Zbikowski, Kendra Portier/BANDPortier, Jennifer Monson, and Kaitlin Fox, among others, and have shared work in various digital, performance, and material mediums at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts (Urbana, IL), Krannert Art Museum (Urbana, IL), Bates Dance Festival New Works Showcase (Lewiston, ME), Links Hall (Chicago, IL), The Field Center (Bellows Falls, VT), Greenspace (New York, NY), The Woods (New York, NY) and online with freeskewl.
